I absolutely loved working with Lucy, and genuinely believe everybody needs a Lucy in their life. Lucy provided me with a constructive space to discuss things that mattered. She provided me with safe challenge and some excellent tools that I can use in every aspect of my life, as well as work… I am not sure what more you would want for a coach.

Lucy always created a safe space for me to be honest which, on reflection, was key to setting effective goals. Lucy was always compassionate; she listened, empathised and helped me to move to a solution, but she also brought appropriate challenge…I feel that Lucy flexed her approach to help me get what I needed out of the session. It always seemed like Lucy asked the right questions that helped me to have deeper reflections and insights into myself.

Lucy, you have an uncanny ability to really get to the nub of the issue and you have a brilliant and natural insight, which many of us don’t possess. You also have a lovely way of working with clients, non-threatening with a light and authentic approach.

The exercises and learning materials you recommended really helped me to understand myself and navigate a path I could see towards achieving my goal of developing towards a promotion.
