All operators are employed under contracts that set down strict confidentiality regulations governing their behaviour.

Profiling Questionnaires
If you complete a profiling questionnaire you will be asked to provide some personal information. We collect and store this information in order to perform statistical analyses and to provide reported outputs. This information is kept strictly confidential. Questionnaire responses will be compiled, and findings will be made available to you in the form of a report. Some reports will need to be fed back to you by an accredited feedback facilitator. The feedback facilitator may be an Orchard Consulting & Development Ltd employee or a third party instructed by you, Orchard Consulting & Development Ltd, or your employer. If you do not want your data to be used in this way, please do not complete the questionnaire.
