At Orchard Development, we don’t just deliver a one-off programme. We work in partnership with you to ensure the programme is aligned with your people strategy so your resourcing, talent and development initiatives can be designed more effectively to bring about the long-lasting impact.
The programme works by bringing together people with similar lived experiences to learn and develop in a safe space, with the opportunity to network and develop outside of the sessions. Individual coaching sessions, with a qualified coach, are provided to each delegate to focus on their specific needs and aspirations.
