Lucy is passionate about building inclusive, healthy organisations and is adept at creating participative spaces and working with clients’ unique contexts. She brings a warm, engaging and pragmatic approach which enables people to develop greater self-awareness, impact and be their best selves.
Lucy has over twenty years’ experience in leadership and organisation development roles, gained from a broad range of industries including the NHS, Higher Education, Police, Professional Services, local & central government, housing, and the Third Sector. She is qualified in a number of psychometrics including Hogan Suite, Resilience at Work (R@W), and Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI). She is a CIPD associate and an ICF accredited Team Coach and Brain Based Coach (Neuroleadership Institute).
